To guarantee that globally recognised quality and environmental standards are followed, GONDER Facility Services GmbH is certified based on the standards DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. GONDER Facility Services GmbH is also certified in the area of occupational health and safety based on the BS OHSAS 18001 standard.
DIN EN ISO 9001
This standard is the most widespread and important standard in quality management. It specifies the minimum requirements for a quality management system, to be implemented by companies in order to meet customer requirements and other demands on the quality of services. It also forms the basis for the continuous improvement of processes of the company's internal quality management system.

ISO 14001 defines the requirements for environmental management systems and prescribes the elements for their certification. The aim of the standard is to continuously improve the environmental performance of a company. In so doing, it makes it possible, for example, to reduce environmental risks, to conserve natural resources and sustainably improve environmental performance.
BS OHSAS 18001
The BS OHSAS 18001 (British Standard Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) is the standard for international occupational health and safety. It is used for evaluation and certification of a health and safety management system and health management. The certificate proves that the company's internal processes have been tested and meet the international standard for occupational health and safety.
