CERTIFICATIONS, SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Quality, competence, reliability and service are the basis of our company philosophy. In order to be able to continuously offer our customers professional work, we are motivated to constantly optimise and develop the way we operate. Accordingly, the satisfaction of customers and employees is of great importance to us. Compliance with norms and standards is the focus of our work. This is the only way to ensure a safe working environment for the benefit of customers and employees. We ensure globally recognised quality and environmental standards, certified on the basis of DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. In addition, GONDER Facility Services GmbH has been certified for occupational health and safety in accordance with DIN ISO 45001.

DIN EN ISO 9001

This standard is the most widespread and most important standard in quality management. It specifies the minimum requirements for a quality management system to be implemented by companies in order to meet customer requirements and other requirements for service quality. It also forms the basis for the continuous improvement process of the company's internal quality management system.

DIN EN ISO 14001

ISO 14001 formulates the requirements for environmental management systems and prescribes the elements for their certification. The aim of the standard is to continuously improve the environmental performance of a company. For example, it makes it possible to reduce environmental risks, conserve natural resources and sustainably improve environmental performance.

DIN ISO 45001

ISO 45001 replaces OHSAS 18001. This means that there is now also one ISO standard for occupational health and safety management systems that is comparable to the standards for quality, environmental or energy management systems. As a globally valid occupational health and safety management standard, ISO 45001 overcomes geographical, political, economic, business and social boundaries. Thus, health and safety has been integrated into our processes. This serves as a continuous improvement to protect the health and safety of our employees.
